About The Team

Madhusoodhanan K, Founder & Managing Director, is a Post Graduate in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and B.Tech (Computer Science) from Pondicherry University. After his graduation from IIM Ahmedabad, he was a consultant for a couple of years and later moved on to the Venture Capital Industry. His other interests are yoga, Tamil literature, Sanskrit literature and travelling.

Thendral Madhusoodhanan, Founder & Director, is a postgraduate in English literature and computer science. Before Dhanyam, she had worked for more than 5 years in the IT Industry. Her other interests are painting, designing, poetry, yoga and travelling.

Ramarathnam AV, Director (Procurements), is a graduate of law and has been with Dhanyam since 2010. He is incharge of all procurements at Dhanyam and spends significant amount of his time in farm visits, organic authentication, development of new farms and linkages. His interests include collecting books, occasional reading (!), travelling and cracking jokes :-).

Vijaykumar Mahadevan, General Manager, is a graduate in biochemistry from RKM Vivekananda College and has been with Dhanyam since 2015. After serving in a variety of roles, he is now incharge of the overall customer experience at Dhanyam and coordinates between the stores, warehouse and the corporate office. His other interests include yoga & travelling.
